Phase 2 Benefits- a stunning new clubhouse

The Phase 2 upgrade of the clubhouse will involve the building of a brand new “Community Centre”.
This building will be accessed through a courtyard with acacia trees and water features, built alongside the existing building. The first phase of the new building will have a lounge, TV area and bar for residents. There will be a boardroom, toilet facilities and an office for the home owners association to use. Future phases will include a restaurant area and kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating over-looking the pool area and tennis court. The entire upgrade will be done in 3 phases after the approval of phase 2.
