A mini boom for Intaba Ridge

Intaba Ridge looks set for a mini-boom in 2013. Five new land sales have ben concluded over December/January and 12 new building projects are planned to start by 2013. The upgrade of the pool gazebo is looking fantastic and is on course for completion by 24th March 2013, for the Intaba Ridge Classic.

The internal road upgrades will be completed as soon as bitumen is available. We have been on 24-hour standby since November last year due to the national shortage.

9 Wildebeest were introduced onto Intaba Ridge and the youngest member has taken up residence at House Harris. He has fondly been named "Geoffrey", so look out for him around the gatehouse area.

A serval cat was spotted on Intaba Drive opposit the pool area. Serval live in well watered grasslands and eat insects, snakes, fish & frogs.

There are now 10 occupied homes with 2 under construction and a further 10 planned to start by April. The builders currently on the panel are:
